The investment process is divided in 5 steps, from creating a Partnership (LLC) to enjoying the first annual cash flow.

1. Get in touch with us!
We partner with investors worldwide, you don’t have to live in the US to invest with us. You only need to understand the investment and the risks associated with it. We will do all the work while keeping you updated.

2. We form an independent company
We form a partnership legally structured as a Limited Liability Company (LLC). The company will have its own business checking account by a local bank visible to all partners online. The company will have its own monthly and yearly Income Statements and its own tax return at the end of the year.

3. We find investment properties
We find investment properties (single family homes, condos and multi family buldings) at bargain prices offering the highest Return on the Investment (ROI), usually between 15%-35%. We will also repair the properties if needed and make sure they are fully insured.

4. Rent out the properties
The next step is leasing out the properties to good and stable tenants after checking their background and their ability to pay the rent on time. Good management is very important to us in order to retain the best tenants.

5. Collect profits
We will share the profits with the investor in proportion to the initial investment, usually 90/10 percent after paying property and income taxes. The tax return is done by professional accountants that minimize the tax burden and increase profitability by applying all possible legal deductions, depreciation and incentives.
